Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Stakeet, a social event contract platform operated by BetCraftor Inc. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of the platform.

1. Participating and Event Contract Creation

Stakeet operates on a peer-to-peer model. Your wager points are matched only against users taking an opposing position. There is no guarantee that your wager will be fully matched, and any unmatched portion may remain pending or be converted to a Reward Bonus in certain cases (see Section 4A).

2. Finality of Joined Contracts

Once you join a contract, it is final and cannot be canceled. By participating, you agree that any wager is a binding commitment. Your funds or points remain locked until settlement and processing based on the event outcome.

3. Event Contract Closure, Refunds, and Unfilled Portions

If you close an event contract before it is fully filled, any unmatched portion of your order is notactive and does not count toward wins or losses. Depending on settlement results and platform liquidity, unfilled portions may either be refunded according to the waterfall in Section 4 or converted to a Reward Bonus under Section 4A.

Platform Rights to Lock / Close / Invalidate. Stakeet may lock, close, or invalidate any user-created contract to protect users and platform integrity, including cases of liquidity imbalance, risk, fraud, or legal concern. When a contract is closed or invalidated, unmatched portions are handled per Sections 4 and 4A.

4. Wager Matching, Settlement Waterfall, and Surplus-Contingent Refunds

Your order is filled only as opposing funds become available. It may be fully, partially, or not filled at all.

At settlement, payouts are calculated only on the matched (filled) amount. If your side wins, you receive winnings on the filled portion. If you lose, only the filled portion is charged. Unmatched amounts are excluded from loss and may, at Stakeet’s discretion, be refunded or converted to a Reward Bonus (see Section 4A).

Settlement Waterfall (No Refund Entitlement)

1. Pay winners on filled amounts.
2. Apply operational holds / reserves for fees, compliance, and reconciliation.
3. If a surplus remains, Stakeet may refund unmatched portions or issue Reward Bonuses to eligible users.

Refunds or bonuses are not guaranteed. Surplus or bonus issuance depends on available liquidity after settlement and operational reserves.

4A. Unfilled Contracts and Reward Bonuses

When a contract remains unfilled, Stakeet may compensate affected users through a User Reward Bonus. This bonus equals the value of the unfilled portion and appears in your account after settlement if your side loses. It can only be used to join or create future contracts and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Reward Bonus Source and Deduction Rules

• If the unfilled amount came from your own deposited funds, any Reward Bonus issued for that portion will not be deducted from your future winnings.
• If the unfilled amount came from a non-cash source(e.g., system promotion, referral bonus, or previous Reward Bonus), the Reward Bonus granted will be deducted from future winnings generated using that bonus balance.

Reward Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. They may expire or be adjusted in cases of misuse, abuse, or technical error. Stakeet reserves the right to modify bonus rules to maintain platform fairness.

5. Platform Liquidity and Capital Exposure

To reduce unfilled wagers, Stakeet may provide temporary liquidity or participate as a counterparty within risk limits. This liquidity may also fund Reward Bonuses or surplus refunds when appropriate (see Sections 4 and 4A). Such provision is not a guarantee of coverage or refund.

Platform-provided liquidity is limited and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time. Using Stakeet means you acknowledge that Reward Bonuses or liquidity credits do not constitute cash or a right to payment outside the platform.

6. Acceptable Events

Stakeet permits contracts only on public events with clear and verifiable outcomes. Events that lack objectivity or pose legal risk may be removed at Stakeet’s discretion.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify Stakeet immediately of unauthorized access.

8. Deposit Bonuses, Reward Bonuses, Referral Bonuses, and Withdrawals

Stakeet may offer various forms of promotional bonuses designed to reward participation and platform engagement:

• Deposit Bonuses — awarded only when a deposit is used to create or join an event contract. Deposits that are not utilized for contract participation do not qualify for any deposit bonus. Deposit bonuses are non-withdrawable and can only be used for future contracts. Real cash balances are always used first before any bonus balance.
• Reward Bonuses — issued in cases of unfilled contracts per Section 4A. These are non-withdrawable, usable only for creating or joining new contracts, and may be deducted from future winnings depending on their source.
• Referral Bonuses — granted when you successfully invite new users who sign up and actively participate(e.g., by creating or joining contracts). Referral bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used on-platform per the referral program rules.

When withdrawing funds, Stakeet will automatically deduct any active deposit or referral bonus on a prorated basis. Reward Bonuses remain in your account and expire according to the applicable bonus terms. Abuse, circular activity (such as deposit-withdraw cycles), or misuse of any bonus type may result in forfeiture or account suspension.

9. Compliance and User Conduct

You agree to use Stakeet lawfully and ethically. Fraudulent behavior or manipulation of bonus or contract mechanics is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All Stakeet content and trademarks are owned by BetCraftor Inc. and its licensors. Do not copy or distribute without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

BetCraftor Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or loss of bonus balances of any kind.

12. Changes to Terms

BetCraftor Inc. may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use signifies acceptance.

13. Licensing and Regulatory Disclosure

Stakeet is a peer-to-peer social event contract platform operated by BetCraftor Inc. and is working toward licensing compliance through third-party partners.
